Hey I’m revamping my tagging system
block “#kingdom hearts” or “#my blorbos are my power” if you don’t want it to flood your feed.
“#text post time” is for my text posts. Feel free to block it if you’re not here for that but also you’re welcome to interact! I might be posting them a lot more, not really for a particular reason I’m just suddenly in the mood to talk to myself
I do tag “#unreality” as well as “#flashing” (for things that might trigger epilepsy). Let me know if you need me to tag anything else.
Please don’t touch anything labeled personal.
Oh sunk-cost fallacy, we’re really in it now. We are in fact so really in it that if we quit now then everything we did would have all been for nothing and so we have to keep going in

Just read a typical-yet-popular “religion is inherently bad” type post and normally I would just sorta sigh and move on, were it not for the fact that this post specifically said religion needs to be “removed from public life.” That, uh… that’s not raising any red flags for you guys?
I’m not gonna respond to that post directly obviously, but it has such a wild variance to it. You make the claim “religion needs to be entirely removed from government” and you’re just, y'know, objectively correct. You make the claim “all religions are inherently evil” and, like, you’re wrong, but you’re right enough that there’s no real point raising argument. Yeah, in most circumstances, organized religion does significantly more harm than good. But then you make the claim “we should politically aim for religion to be shunned from public life” and. Well do I need to say why that’s a Bad thing actually

I think what really makes this is that his American accent is perfect, he clearly has no issues with English, it’s just that the way we spell words is complete bullshit.

If it was possible to like work part time and afford a place on your own anywhere it would change everything like the lives that would flourish the art that would be getting made the ideas and love and beauty that would be expressed it would change the world and they don’t want that…. They do not want that at all
